G100 & G300 Series Linear Galvanometer Optics Scanner

Rotor position feedback is provided through an integral capacitive sensor device. Galvanometers (servo-actuated limited-rotation motors) provide an effective solution in many applications that require laser or optical beam scanning. A galvanometer combined with a mirror and drive electronics represent the major components of a scan system needed for each axis of beam scanning motion. An optimal system design considers all the tradeoffs encountered in the selection of these combined components.
