Anaerobic Adhesives
Product ID: H-100, SH-5, VL-100, SM-4
- H-100:
- For high-strength locking, or assembling parts with oil residue, such as locking of thread, bolt, bearing, gear. (#H-02 can be used as penetrating sealant, such as for porosity sealing)
- Excellent resistance to chemicals.
- Temp resistance up to 150 Celsius torque up to 450kgs/cm^2 shear strength up to 350kgs, excellent adhesion even when applying on oily parts.
- SH-5:
- For assembling parts under high operating temp. Such as in valve industry, heat exchanger tubes, etc.
- Can be used under 200 Celsius for long and still remain stable.
- Excellent resistance to both heat and cold.
- VL-100:
- For thread locking and bearing retaining. Strong bonding strength to non-metal materials. (#VL-001 can be used for hairline cracks sealing)
- General thread locker.
- Setting time: 2~5min.
- Torque up to 150kgs/cm^2.
- Temp-resistance up to 120 Celsius
- SM-4:
- As adjustable locker, or for medium strength bonding, such as thread looking, pipe assembling, or key locking.
- Suitable for sealing and retaining.
- Soft-tough and can be slightly twisted after full cure.
