We are specialized in injection mold and CNC making various prototypes of Automotive, Electrical home appliance ,Computer and its accessories, Communicating products and others . and offer rapid prototyping services, CNC machined parts and prototypes, low volume and small series rapid prototyping:
The material we can CNC cut is ABS, Renshape , Al alloy, POM,PA,PP ,PC and PMMA. The material we can vacuum casting is colorful rubber, PU and silicone. With regards with finishing, we can spray painting glossy and matte as per specified Pantone Nr.and texture, Spray rubber oil and apply chrome plating.
Prototype process:
1>you will send us 2d or 3d drawings ( parasolids, Iges Step, .prt solidworks files), than we make a quote asap.
2>Your CNC Machined Parts can made out of ABS, PP, PC, PMMA, POM, AL, Zn alloy.
3> The finished goods we will send to you by Air freight , worldwide delivery.
