The Mobile Office configuration is for mobile users who cannot miss important calls and communications. The user can set up the incoming call ringing priority, such as Wi-Fi phone ->Notebook (soft-phone)->Desktop extension->GSM mobile phone. After set-up, there's no need to make changes while in use. Any incoming calls will ring first to Wi-Fi phone, then notebook's soft-phone. If the Wi-Fi phone and notebook are not on-line, the calls will be transferred to desktop extensions. If no one answers the desktop extension call, it will be transferred to GSM/PHS mobile phone automatically. Wherever the user is, he won't miss any calls.
The traditional PBX user can add the IP PBX-504 to significantly enhance the VoIP functions of his system. With IP PBX-504 installed SIP outbound calls can be made, and SIP connections expanded. Traditional PSTN incoming calls can be transferred to remote mobile extensions, such as Wi-Fi phone and soft-phone. While keeping the original PBX system, a range or IP-PBX functions can be added.
For multiple site business users IP PBX-504 connects multiple sites as a single virtual PBX. All extensions can be used as company extensions, and can use other sites' lines to make calls via internet. Incoming calls, can be directed or transferred to any remote site of extensions. Though offices are established in different places, it's as if they are operating at one location.
