The KD1000 series are VIA C7 1Ghz (CPU on board)with CX700M chipset(support MEPG 2 & MEPG 4 hardware decorder)fanless slim embedded systems designed to provide low power CPU performance with compact design (245mm (D) x 260mm (W) x 44mm (H)) and are compact embedded controller designed for space critical embedded applications.
The KD1000 Series of Fanless Embedded Systems support DDR II DIMM socket up to 1GB, 2 x COM, 1 x LPT , 2 x LAN , 1 x DVI(Optional0, 2 x USB 2.0 (2 x front side), 2 PS2, 1 VGA, DC in external power adapter and 1 x PCI expansion slot capability in this application ready platform.
The KD1000 Series of Fanless Embedded Systems provide different configuration choices for memory, 2.5" HDD or 3.5" HDD, slim FDD and slim CD-ROM..etc
The KD1000 Series of Fanless Embedded System target industrial automation, automation control,communication ,telecommunication, digital signage and graphic application that involve data acquisition, distributed process control, database management, graphic, field I/O control, networking, firewall and mini server.
