Multisuns are private firm established in 1985 for development and manufacturing of hi-tech telecommunication and computer telephony equipment. The first Multisuns' exclusively designed and developed product, 412 non-KSU electronic key telephone system, was introduced in 1987, which enables the company playing as the pioneer of this type of product in Taiwan. In 1990, an artificial-intelligent proprietary automated attendant with the identity of patenting both in Taiwan and Mainland China followed.
