Ming Chyi Engineers and Constructors Ltd.

have mainly two department. One is Engineering Department. The other is OEM Department.

1. Engineering Department

MECL
was established in 1987. In the recently twenty years, on the base of MECL’s
experience and technology and on our aim of sincerely service for our customers, we specialize in design, installation and construction of Drying System for food, pharmaceutical, biochemical and chemical industry etc.

2. OEM Department                                                                 (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

In 2005 MECL
invested in spray drying factory.
MECL’s
spray drying factory is established according with GMP Rules. The business of this factory is mainly of food, pharmaceutical, biochemical products. It is estimated that the factory will completely be finished and formally operated in May 2006. We have schemed out a new process of our quality management. And we are applying for ISO Certification.
