Brass Female Insert
Comparing with conventional inserts MINDE brass inserts have following special features:
Swallowtail form of groove on the outer side of MINDE inserts. This form of groove can prevent leakage due to expand or contract of the materials because of temperature change.
New groove added on the inner side. With this groove the connection strength will be increased and anti-leakage funtion will be improved.
Kurled screw thread by MINDE male inserts. With the help of this processing sealing band, for example teflon tapes, can be banded on the thread much tighter than before. The installation quality and efficiency will be increased.
Rough surface connected with plastic. Intead of smooth surface by connectional inserts rough surface of MINDE inserts has benefit to increase the connection strength.
