The SBC-558 is a powerful Pentium MMX 266MHz Single Board Computer with an integral CRT/LCD controller, 100Base-Tx Ethernet, latest DiskOnChip capability, PC/104-Plus interface and two serial ports. The onboard Pentium MMX 266 MHz processor provides the high performance, low power consumption and no FAN needed to cool down the processor. The onboard C&T 69000 is a high performance CRT/LCD Windows accelerator with 2MB built-in SDRAM. It supports a wide range of flat panel displays, including 36-bit TFT LCD displays allowing simultaneous viewing of LCD and CRTs. Onboard SSD socket supports M-System DiskOnChip for system boot-up and memory storage up to 144MB. The Fast Ethernet Controller (Intel 82559), provides 100Mbps-network capability and is fully compatible with traditional 10Base-T facilities. The PC/104 Plus interface provides both PCI and ISA communication channels between the SBC-558 and extension modules. The PC/104 Plus interface provides the best flexibility. The SBC-558 also includes two high speed serial ports (one RS-232, one RS-232/422/485), one multi-mode (ECP/EPP/SPP) parallel port, a floppy drive controller, an Ultra DMA/33 enhanced IDE controller, and a keyboard and PS/2 mouse interface.
