Super CKSB-1 Core Knockout Bogie Type Shot Blast

This machine is specially designed for the removal of sand, scale, burrs from the castings, surface of sand core and their cleaning. In the process of operation, there are four sets of implellers to eject the steel bearings against the work-piece. The work-piece is placed on the turntable for slow rotation. Therefore, at its fastest speed, the surface of the work piece completely, thus showing the special luster of the metals. Because of large quantity of treatment on the work-piece and at the highest speed, the machine becomes the best means to upgrade the product's quality and to increase the production capacity.
