Professional Design and Development

Nearly 50 professional design personnel, all been through Dinkle's long periods of training programs, besides the professional skill, team works are highly emphasized.

Thus the individual experience and the collective wisdom are able to display effectively; enable us to have closer corporation with the customers, and understand the customers' needs within the shortest time, and obtain the appreciation from our business partners. With Dinkle's professional design personnel and highly proficient tool making, we are able to customize new products for our customers accurately and efficiently.

Tooling

Presently Dinkle has 20 stamping die tool design staffs, 70 tool making staffs, 30 plastic mold design staffs, 100 tool making staffs, a total 220 staffs, all been well trained in the professional design and manufacturing programs.

With the high precision machinery from Switzerland, Japan and Germany, such as wire cutting EDM, EDM, milling and 3D grinding machines, 3D measuring machines. Every year, we can produce more than 500 stamping tools and 400 plastic injection tools.

Metal Stamping

Dinkle has a total of 80 stamping machines, made in Taiwan and Japan, size from 20 tons ~ 110 tons, located in Taipei, Dong Guan, Kun Shan for supplying the metal and related parts to our customers and to ourselves.

Apart from stamping die, Dinkle has all types of finishing and forming equipments, enable us to finishing or assemble half finished products for the customers and provide more services.

With our own plating and heat treatment facilities, we are able to insure the quality standard till the last step of making metal products, and meet the environmental requirements.

Plastic Injection and Molding

Dinkle has a total of 80 injection mold machines, made in Germany and Taiwan, located in Dong Guan and Kun Shan, sizes from 20 tons ~ 200 tons. It insures the supply of the housing parts for OEM customers and ourselves.

Plating and Surface Treatment

Environmental protection is the responsibility and challenge of our plating factories.

Both of our plating factories in Dong Guan and Kun Shan have passed a series of tough approval process on the environmental analysis, it meets the national standards and we highly insist on following up the related environmental productures.

Monitored with the tough environmental requirement, we have established the automation of barrel plating and progressive plating, the categories of plating includes copper, nickel, tin, gold, silver and Cr+3, chemical gold plating, Cr+3Ni alloy, TnSiCu alloy...etc.

The 76 meters linear progressive plating equipment enables us to satisfy customers' special requirements. The capability of make our own equipment enables us to integrate the production line depending on the any special requirements.

As a conclusion, our goal to achieve the environmental and quality satisfaction is unchangeable.

Equipments and Assembly Capabilities

To meet the requirement of different products, we divide the assembly line into two major parts - manual and automation. Apart from designing and developing the jigs to assist assembly ourselves, we design and develop our own automation facilities as well, to insure the production quality and improve the production efficiency.

In order to meet the diverse requirement by our customers, apart from parts assembly, we complement the assembly process with PCB finishing, along with the automation facilities to provide our services at a higher level.

Product Inspection

Dinkle follows the ISO 9001 standard, set up a complete quality assurance system, and approved by a range of quality certifications, including UL, CUL, CSA, FIMKO, VDE, PCT, CQC...etc.

We possess a great number of testing equipments and tools in our laboratories, which are able to inspect sizes, surface treatment, electronic functions, product structure and the related environmental effects, to insure the parts and the finished products are at its best quality.

After Sales Service

Apart from providing quality products, Dinkle extent its services for the customers by having sales and distributors world wide who are able to provide the after sales services directly and supply products continuously.

At the same time, in order to accommodate the after sales and the related services, ERP has been used which enables us to analysis the related statistics to meet the customers' need and track the related sale and manufacture records which enables us to make accurate decisions.
