EasyWell Water System Inc. was established in 1986. The company focused on the angle valve as the major product in the beginning. Since 1992, the company went into major transition and focused on production, designing, marketing on the water filters, RO water systems (Reverse Osmosis Systems) and its accessories. All the paper works had been computerized since 1993. The grand opening of the new office factory and building had been completed 4983 square meters (53616 square feet) occupying in 2006.
QUALITY CONTROL
EasyWell was certified by the ISO-9001 in 1999. Regarding for to the working environment, the company was also certified by ISO-14001 in 2001 and EasyWell also implemented the supply chain management (SCM), annual strategy planning, key performance indicator (KPI), quality control circle (QCC), total quality management (TQM), material requirements planning (MRP), management information system (MIS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP). EasyWell not only has strict control on its quality, but also assisting the suppliers with their quality control system. By using supply chain management (SCM) to assist and consult the suppliers with upgrading their quality control on the products.
INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT
EasyWell is pursuing fixed percentage on the innovative investment. EasyWell continues on filing patents every year. So far EasyWell already have obtained 43 patents related Reverse Osmosis Systems for domestic and international markets. Products have been approved by NSF and also equipped with numerous professional certifications. EasyWell has itsown laboratory and professional testing center which meets the standard investigation process by NSF. All the cartridges, housings and other R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) accessories have gone through testing before going to assembly line for making samples and even later for mass production. (3% to 5% of total revenue is drawn for use of R&D. There are approximately 8.4% of staffs belong to the R&D department). The company is implementing the strategy planning and hope to build its own brand name easywell.
