TITLE



* As far as you hold the titles to your idea, such titles remain with you. It is at your discretion to realize your ideas by yourself, or with a partner selected by you. Through participation in the EUROPEAN SATELLITE NAVIGATION COMPETITION 2008, you will not acquire any title to the idea. We strongly recommend that you discuss the protection of your idea with experts experienced in this field (e. g. patent agents, lawyers). You may protect your idea by applying for a patent, utility model, or another right of protection. 
* Prior to your participation in the competition, you should notify your employer of your idea if you have developed it under or in connection with your employment. As far as ideas or parts thereof submitted by you are subject to rights of protection (e.g. patents), held by you or third parties, or if such rights are applied, you have to inform the initiators (data field in input mask). 
* Through your participation in the EUROPEAN SATELLITE NAVIGATION COMPETITION 2008 and/or through the publication of the idea during the awards ceremony, any protection of your idea (if not prior protected by applying for a patent) may be excluded or lost. Your idea may become common property. We strongly recommend that you protect your idea sufficiently.
* Despite all our efforts to keep your idea/information confidential prior to the publication of the idea/information, you understand and agree that we do not assume any liability for any damage resulting from your idea/information becoming public.
