Our History:

Date	Event
Jan. 1977	Lei's Steel Industry Co., Ltd. was established with capital of NT 20 nillion.
Sep. 1977	The factory was set up as an electrical steel service center.
Sep. 1979	Capital increased to NT 30 million.
Nov. 1983	An affilliated company, Lei's Steel Industry Coporation was established with its factory. The capital increased to NT 112 million successively and more large tonnage press M/C installed as an specialist in producing the electrical steel lamination.
Jul. 1990	Factory expansion completed & Japanese Made 1.5Ft. mini slitting M/C was installed.
Apr. 1991	4-Ft. high precision slitting line put into operation.
Dec. 1991	Kawasho Corporation (Japan) became a shareholder of the company. Capital increased to NT 156 million.
Feb. 1992	5-Ft. Digital control rotary leveling & shearing line joined the force & started the business of galvanized steel.
Dec. 1992	Developing the grain oriented electrical steel (High Magnetic Density) market & offering the steel to power transformer manufacturers.
May. 1993	Increase the leveling & shearing line of mediumsized. Supplied the electrical galvanized steel to the computer case manufacturers.
Jun. 1996	The quality certification QIS.1 has issued by GEC-Marconi. It proved the Lei's has reached the international quality requirement.
Nov. 1997	Installed the toroidal core production lines.
May. 1998	Lei's merged Leicong with capital NT 268 million. Reorganized into the processing & stamping centers and became an integrated steel service company.
Jun. 2000	ISO 9002 certification registration.
Jul. 2003	ISO 9001 : 2000 certification registration.
