LIVINGSTON was established in 1981, majoring in film capacitor equipment. In 1985, we combined with several concerned enterprises to become a group for turnkey service about plastic film and metallized film capacitor. In 1986, LIVINGSTON got a guide of PPPG of Ministry of Economic Affairs, also be approved the only one qualified supplier on metallized film capacitor making plant. From 1991, we started to extend our business range in film capacitors, now we have 7 sets of film capacitors factory and 3 sets of machinery factory in China and Taiwan.
