Rechargeable Nickel - Metal Hydride Batteries
Today's revolution development in the world of semiconductors and miniaturization have ushered the need for a highly diversified range of batteries. NEXcell rechargeable nickel-metal hydride batteries, created from our innovative technology, aim to meet the demands of the market. The batteries are composed of nickel hydroxide as a positive electrode and hydrogen absorbing alloy as a negative electrode. They can be frequently recharged. Nickel-metal hydride batteries are accepted world-wide as clean energy of high performance. Their fast charge capabilities allow the batteries to be fully recharged in one hour. NEXcell rechargeable nickel-metal hydride batteries provide you the best selection to satisfy your requirements.
- Application:
- Communication industries: mobile phone, cordless phone, 2-way radio.
- Portable electronic products: notebook computer, video camcorder, walkman.
- Electrical vehicles: electrical bicycle, electrical motorcycle, elec. car.
- OEM welcome.
- Environment friendly: The rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery is free of toxic or hazardous elements such as cadmium, lead and mercury.
- High energy density: The capacity performance is 50% over a nickel cadmium battery of similar size.
- Long service life: >500 charge/discharge cycles under normal use.
- Excellent discharge characteristics: The discharge voltage is similar to that of nickel-cadmium batteries. High rate discharge up to 3C is also achievable.
- High reliability: Our line of nickel-metal hybrid batteries are manufactured with raw materials of high quality control, which enable the batteries to perform with outstanding reliability.
- Re-closing safety vent: Safety vent is designed to guard against possible misuses.
- Precautions for handling Ni-MH batteries:
- Do not short circuit batteries: Do not directly connect the positive and negative terminals together. This can cause the batteries to burn and results in fire damage.
- Do not dismantle batteries, heat, or dispose of them by fire: Attempting to dismantle batteries can result in the battery's active chemical materials harming clothing or seriously injuring eyes and skin. Heating batteries or putting them into fire is highly dangerous because it causes the material inside to rapidly expand and the battery to explode.
- Remove batteries from equipment that will not be in use for a long time.
- Align the positive and negative terminals correctly, as specified in your equipment.
- Do not solder lead wires directly to battery terminals.
- Do not use new batteries and used batteries together.
- Do not mix and use different types of battery in combination.
- Keep out of the hands of small children.
- In production others (OEM & ODM) are also welcome: AAA, 4/5AAA, AA, FAA, 4/5A, LA plus.
