The MPT is non-inductively wound using a metallized polypropylene film dielectric/electrode with axial leads and wrapped in flame-retardant tape and sealed with a moisture resistant epoxy resin at both ends.
- Dielectric strength: 175% of the rated voltage for 1-5 sec.
- Dissipation Factor: 0.08% max at 1KHz 25°C
- Insulation Resistance:
- I.R. ≥30,000 Μ Ω (C ≤0.33 μF)
- I.R. ≥10,000 Μ Ω / C (C >0.33 μF)
- Applications:
- Used for timing, integrating and filter purposes in communication equipment.
- Suitable for pulse and high frequency applications.
- Excellent for high frequency applications
- Available in tape and reel packaging for auto insertion.
