The MMR is a non-inductively wound capacitor which utilizes a combination of metallized polyester film and metallized polypropylene film with radial leads and a moisture resistant epoxy resin coating.
- Dielectric strength: 175% of the rated voltage for 1-5 sec.
- Dissipation Factor: 0.5% max at 1KHz 25°C
- Insulation Resistance:
- I.R. ≥30,000 Μ Ω (C ≤0.33 μF)
- I.R. ≥10,000 Μ Ω / C (C >0.33 μF)
- Applications:
- Suitable for use in frequencies between 10-30 KHz circuits.
- Widely used in communication, industrial and general electronic equipment.
- Size is between MER and MPR at same capacitance.
