2.2W x 2 Class-D Audio Power Amplifier
The PT2004 is a stereo audio amplifier IC well-suited for mobile phones and portable audio devices. The PT2004 is pin-compatible with the TPA2012 and is capable of operating without a wave filter with an output power of 2.2 W. The PT2004 provides four choices for setting voltage gain (6/12/18/24 dB) and includes audio click-and-pop suppression circuitry to reduce audible transients during power-up and shut-down cycles. Required external components are few and the PT2004 is packaged in a 16-pin WCSP (2mm x 2mm) with good thermal conductivity for enhanced heat dissipation. The PT2004 is the best choice for portable device applications.
