Shihlin Electric and Engineering Corporation was established. |

Technical cooperation with Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan. |
| 1964 |
Switchgear was awarded Symbol of Excellence by the National Standards Bureau. |
| 1973 |
Established the HsinFeng Plant to manufacture molded case circuit breakers and magnetic switches. |
| 1984 |
Established Automation Business Division and started selling programmable logic controllers (PLC) to the market. |
| 1994 |
The Shihlin and HsinFeng Plants earned ISO-9002 certification. The Heavy Electric Factory earned ISO-9001 certification. Established Shihlin subsidiary company (Vietnam). |

Established Shihlin subsidiary companies (ChangZhou and XiaMen) in Mainland China. |
| 1998 |
Established HsinChu Automobile Equipment Plant. |

Mr. Emmet Hsu was appointed President of the Board¡F established Digital Image Sales Department, System Engineering and Optoelectronics Sales Department. |

Official commencement of HsinChu super high voltage transformer factory, manufacturing 161/345KV transformers¡F Shihlin Plant earned ISO-14000 certification. |

Established subsidiary companies in Mainland China, and branch offices; acquired the TPC Distribution Automation System project (DAS) for Taichung and Taipei city. |
| 2002 |
Established branch office in Mainland China (Tianlin, Beijing) and DongGuan Office; Automation Plant earned ISO-9001 certificate; Heavy Electric Division successfully developed the 23KV GIS, 161KV GIS, and 345KV 650MVA transformers and the SF6 161KV transformer products; set up strategic alliance with major international companies and established subsidiary companies. |
