Water Heater Gas Valve

OS-V10B water heater gas valve with used pressure of up to 500mm H₂O.

• Rated gas: City or fluid sil gas.
• Rated voltage: 3VDC.
• Orifice internal diameter: 17mm (see attached drawing).
• Stroke: 2mm ± 0.2mm (when valve stand mounted).
• Load of sealant: 80 ± m gf (at stroke of 2mm).
• Used pressure: 500mm H₂O or less.
• Approved withstanding pressure: 0.3 kg/cm².
• Mounted direction: Horizontal direction within ± 5 degrees.
• Characteristics:
• Pull coil resistance: 4.3 ohms ± 10% (ambient temperature: 20° celsius).
• Hold coil resistance: 550 ohms ± 10% (ambient temperature: 20° celsius).
• Operating voltage: 2.1VDC or less (hold coil shall apply the same voltage as above at 20° celsius of ambient temperature 500mm H₂O of operating preasure and 200ms of applying pulse).
• Holing voltage: 2.1VDC or less (operating coil shall apply 2.1VDC at 20° celsius of ambient temperature, 500mm H₂O of operating preasure and 200ms of applying pulse).
• Return voltage: 0.5VDC or over the applying voltage shall be 0.3VDC or over after the life test (operating coil shall apply 3VDC, 300ms and at same time holding coil shall apply 3.4VDC and shall be held at 20° celsius of ambient temperature.
• Internal leakage: The leakage shall be 3.6cc/h or less at application of 0 to 1,000mm H₂O of pneumatics from internal when deenergized.
• External leakage: The leakage shall be 3.6cc/h or less at application of 0 to 1,000mm H₂O of pneumatics from external when energized.
