Power inductor using senduct powder cores
Flatcoil Winding for lower skin effect loss without bobbin
The use of flat helix winding to reduce DCR, lower copper loss, compact size,
even out heat dissipation and achieve up to 80% of copper fill factor
Capable of handling very high DC bias current
Less than 2% inductance change from -50 deg C to + 130 deg C
Application for Industrial Type High Current Filter Inductors for Differential Mode,
Boost Power Factor Correction and Welding Machines.
Notes:
1) Rated Current is based on a 60 deg C temperature rise at an ambient temperature of 40 deg C.
2) The Sendust cores are rated over 200 ged C.
3) Operating temperature range: -55 deg C to +200 deg C
4) The flat coil wire's insulation is rated at 180 deg C min.
