When the blinker is normal, the flasher will flash 85 times per minute. If the blinker bulb is burnt, the flashing speed will increase to 170 times per minute to remind the driver to change the blinker bulb for a new one. If the driver is not aware of the bulb burnt, the car behind him might make a wrong judgment, and causes an accident.
