start to search and discover qualified suppliers for buyers. |

The professional sourcing team of allproducts.com
is engaged to collect, select, organize, analyze and inspect
qualified suppliers for buyers and provide report documents
to buyers via email or fax. |

the documents listed below when the case is closed. (Report forms
are in enclosed for your reference.)
a. Supplier's basic information and company information.
b. OEM products for well-known brands or companies.

Sourcing Charge and Payment Term |

Sourcing Charge: The sourcing service charge US$150
is a one time charge for one supplier data of one single enquiry
for a specified item. This means when you authorize allproducts.com
to search qualified suppliers for a specified product, you have
to advise allproducts.com how many suppliers you need for evaluation
and selection, then we will provide as you requested. If you
only need one supplier for each single enquiry, then you only
need to pay US$150/per enquiry. If you need more than one supplier,
the fee will be doubled. |

Payment Term: The payment need to be remitted
to our bank account before we process your enquiry. After we
receive your remittance, allproducts.com will process sourcing
procedures and guarantee to provide sourcing report with qualified
suppliers and manufacturers accordingly. But if we can't find
any qualified or suitable supplier within two weeks, then there
is no need for you to pay us any charge. We will refund the
fee to the account you indicated. |

The allproducts.com is obligated and
guarantees not to use, assign, or transfer buyer's enquiry and
related documents for other purposes. |

lThe obligation of allproducts.com
is only to provide qualified supplier report with basic information
and products data to the buyers, not included to materialize
the transaction between buyers and suppliers. |

|
The allproducts.com is neutral and
irresponsible to the dispute and controversy between buyers
and suppliers. The allproducts.com is not a party to any purchase
or sale. As a result, we have no control over and are not responsible
for the quality, safety, legality, or condition of the items
listed, the truth or the ability or capacity of any Buyer or
Seller to participate in the transactions. |

You warrant and agree not to ask allproducts.com
to engage in or assist you to purchase or import "Prohibited
or Illegal Items", such as counterfeit items, illegal drugs
and drug paraphernalia, embargoed firearms, human parts and
remains, government IDs and licenses and pornography that prohibited
by the government of Republic of China. This Agreement shall
be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of California. |

The allproducts.com is not responsible
to find qualified suppliers for all enquiries from buyer if
the reasons are beyond control (for example: the manufacturer
had already stopped to produce the requested item or brand or
the original producer was out of market.) If allproducts.com
can't find qualified or suitable suppliers for buyer, then there
is no need for buyer to pay the sourcing service charge. We
will refund the fee to the account as indicated. |
