Found in April 17th, 1987, Eastport Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in 78# QiMing road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo. Through 20 years' hard struggle, Eastport has developed into a small-middle-enterprise from a small factory of ten odd persons and dozens of thousand USD yield, who now has owned 550 employees, 32000m2 of buildings and 17.4 million USD assets with annual output 80000.tons and 48.7 million USD value. She has placed the third biggest position in the fastener industry.
Company strategy: At the end of 2003, the company invested 5.8 million USD of setting up a new industrial base in Yinzhou industrial area as the foundation of second undertaking. In Oct. of 2004 the company successfully moved to new factory after 12 months' construction and run well. New company adjusts the principle from pursuing big volume to improving the technology and increasing product additional value.
Products: The company is specialized in socket screws, hex bolts, nuts and special parts, covering nearly 20 series of GBISODINANSI standard with range from M3 to M52.
Equipment: during the period of moving to new factory, Eastport superseded all old equipments and purchased near 100 sets of new TaiWan's cold forge machines and 6 heat treatment lines.
Administrative System: the company pioneered other fastener factories for ISO9000 Quality System in 1998 and passed evaluation once. After moving, the company has implemented 6S and ISO14001 system.
Brand maintenance: the company has paid more attention to the quality for tens of years, which led "DG" brand to the symbol of prestige. In 1999 DG became one of the famous brand in national fastener industry, in 2001 was rewarded as one of tenth greatest brands by municipal government, in 2002 "DG" turned into "Ningbo famous trade mark", in 2005 was praised as "Zheiiang fomous trade mark", and in 2006 "DG" products was valued as zhejiang famous products.
