Being No 1 private business enterprise specialize in blender jar in China , it's history can be traced back to five years ago when there was only one foreign enterprise has the ability to produce this kind of glass , at that time our daily capacity is no less than 3000pcs and they through were made by manual work , with 5 years development , we can easily produce 3 millions pieces per year and the glass jar through are manufactured by 3 automatic lines.
The glass jars we produced through are for export but not all of them are exported directly to our oversea customers , at the present about 80% products are needed to send to our domestic customers to assembly with their blender machines.

The glass jar we produced strictly speaking is SODA-LIME SILICA molded products at present , typical glasses of this type have approximately 70% silicon dioxide ,3% boron oxide ,15% combined sodium oxide and potassium oxide etc, all percentages by weight , which is very different from the normal glasses that can only pass the down shock test at 35-40 degree centigrade , with its thermal shock test at 70 degree centigrade it can easily pass relevant tests needed like hydrostatic pressure, light transmission , impact test etc , which make it possible to maintain its high performance and quality.
