Die struck is an ideal method for those designs which require a thinner surrendering metal edge. It allows design coloring after outline cutting in which the process may damage the enamel around cutting area. It is recommended to select bolder designs to prevent from any unsatisfied coloring caused by lines and figures that are too thin or too small and will require additional screen printing. Coloring can be done using classic cloisonne, imitation cloisonne and soft enamel. PMS colors can be matched for imitation cloisonne and soft enamel. For budget consideration, iron material can also be used instead of copper or brass.
