3. Air Shower equipped with pre-filter and HEPA, by double-layer filtration system it ensure the high air cleanliness level.
4. With high velocity HEPA filtered air jets of around 20-26m/s, contaminated air is easily drawn through the base pre-filter, and re-circulated.
5. Regularly 2P~4P air jet recycle at 400 times/hour up can keep out the dirty air.
6. HEPA filtration achieves > 99.99% typical efficiency at 0.3 micron particles.
7. Mechanic interlock function can restrict the entrance and exit of the operator and ensure the scrubbing off particles from the operator by automatic setting up air shower time.
