2. MS-FFU series also has 10 models which are MS-1-H/U, MS-3-H/U, MS-5-H/U, MS-8-H/U, MS-10-H/U.
3. FFU series suits for installing in clean room and equipments to reach high level cleanness, and MS-FFU series, which is light-weight and convenient, is especially suitable to install in the equipments.
