Epoxy Floor
The Epoxy floor is an economic choice for purpose of water-proof and also anti-bacteria. It's easy to use and with multi-color for adoption. Following is the construction method.
Concrete Floor:
1. The new concrete must be flatting and drying at the regular condition, it must take at least 28days, and the strength of concrete must be at least 3500lb. Final use the auto-grinder or polisher to clean the salient of the surface.
2. If there was old concrete under the new construction, the dirt must be cleaned very well, if any greasiness must be cleaned with special solvent, and then enough cleaning with natural lotion and dry enough as well.
3. Cleaning the surface again with vacuum cleaner.
Base: With same scale of infilling and hardness mixing enough, it must be done within 5 hours.
Middle: After 3~5hours, the base would turn dry, and next coating procedure must be done within 3-60 minutes.
Final Coating: Epoxy and hardener.
Raised Floor
The raised floor is generally applied in a very strict environment such as clean room class 1, 10, and 100, form an air return in order to direct air flow vertically. It can totally eliminate the air stock in corner.
The Raised floor was composed of Aluminum Alloy and Alloy Steel, which equips with high tension, tenacity and anti-corrosion. The prying value of Raised floor has to under 2mm, and the deformation has to lower then 0.01" (0.25mm). With proper color design and precise combination, the Raised floor would provide the highly quality of modern and cleanness environment.
Seamless Floor Construction
The seamless floor can compliance with the strict hygiene requirement for industries such as pharmaceutical plant, laboratory, food plant.
1. Make a groove at the middle between two tiles as the below illustration: (A) & (B). The dimension is width 3.0mm, deep around 1/2 to 2/3 of the tile thickness.
2. And then use heat-melt with the temperature around 70~80±C to decorate the groove with the same color plastic material.
3. After sealed, upon the temperature down to the normal atmospheric, and then flatting to keep the seamless floor for good view.
