Why can't the torch be lit/turned on, if it hasn't been used for more then 6 months?
If the battery hasn't been used for a long time, the electric quantity vanishes slowly by itself. It is designed with safety-protection device, so that when the electric quantity lowers to a stage, safety device turns on in order to prevent the battery being damaged. The user could recharge the battery yourself to disable the protection function. If it still can't be deregulated, please contact the technician or send it back to our maintenance station to be handled.

When there is unusual sound, that means it has leakage, in case of damager, please stop using it immediately and please contact technician or send it back to maintenance station to be handled.
Why does the HID bulb glass of the search light (torch) turns foggy white or black?
HID bulb, like all other bulbs, has its life-time (ca. 2000 hrs). When the bulb center turns to be foggy white or black, it means that the bulb should be changed. Please stop using it, in case the ballast is damaged and has a shorter life-time.
When the search light (torch) is turned on, why does it blink/wink?
When the bulb starting to blink, then it means that it has problem (bulb had been used to its extremity/limit), or the ballast inside is damaged. Please stop using the torch, and send it back to maintenance station to be handled.

Because our products are with heat-protection design, so when the torch is shortly after being used, the temperature is still too high. Wait for a few minutes, then it can be recharged again.
What is to be done, when the torch got wet, while it is being used?
Please stop using it immediately, do not open or deconstruct it in case of damager. Please contact the technician or send it back to maintenance station to be handled.

Yes. But the lighting effect will be inferior then before. To prevent the incontinence that might cause, please change the bulb.

Our products are highly-precise-equipment, shouldn't be open or deconstruct at home. Please contact our technician or send it back to maintenance station to be handled.
If the power supply with the discharging-connection line/cable is not working, what is to be done?
First of all, please check if the power supple is normal (DC12V~DC16V DC22V~DC30V) and check (LED) light of the discharging line/cable, see if it is green or not. Green is on, then the discharging function is working properly. If the above-mentioned points are normal and light still can not be started, please contact our technician or send it back to maintenance station to be handled.
