 Normally we use the fire extinguisher to do fire protection. Although it is inexpensive, the effective firefighting time is very short, 20 seconds. When facing oil fires, wooden fires and paper fires, the fire load is very high and it is very difficult to decrease the temperature of the fire surrounding. Due to the high temperature and not easy to put off the fire, it is very dangerous and very easy to have the phenomenon of Re-burn. If facing the scatter fire and the surrounding with the heavy smoke, we could distinguish where the fire is to suppress it. Under this circumstance, the damage is very huge that could not image. If using ABC extinguishers and foam extinguisher, it is very difficult to clean up the environment and could recover the damage of electric appliances.

Hence we apply the new water mist firefighting technique to confront the fires. When facing the narrow passageway in factories with rapid and scatter fire, we develop the mobile and easy to operate equipment, Mini firefighting car to extinguish the fire and reduce the losses of our properties.

Magnesium has the chemical reaction with water and gets fire during the room temperature. Furthermore, when submerged into the water, magnesium will hydrogen gases. Besides that, if the magnesium is grounded to be powdery, it reacts more quickly than the solid one and very dangerous. When using our equipment with 6% of F-500, the magnesium fire could be controlled and extinguished with about 20 liters of the water quickly and safely.

Mini-firefighting car has passed the no electrical conductivity test. The testing scenario is starting water mist equipment and pressing the water mist gun to spray water mist particles to an electrical panel with 380 volts power for 5 minutes. The test result is our water mist equipment is safe and suitable for Class C fires and it is excellent equipment for firefighting to all kinds of factories and plants. When using our equipment, people can protect themselves and decrease their property loss to the least.
