The filling screw made by CNC machine from a from a solid SUS material. It is driving by a servo motor and micro-computer control system, which allows the acceleration and deceleration ramps to used for instant stopping of screw, guaranteeing maximum filling accuracy. The auger filler can link with check weight equipment with feed-back to ensure the consistency of the dispensing for whole production cycle. The auger filler are designed to be used with packaging machine, also can be used separately with own drives and control system.
All our VP51 machine can be equip with impulse sealing device for packing most economical bag material like LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.
