       The heavy duty shredder is powered by induction motor which power could be from 1250 to 8000 HP. The system process through five steps: FEEDING, COMPRESS, SHREDDING, SEPARATING, and SELECTING.

       All the scraps are transfer and feed into Pre-Shredder through a steel conveyor. The double feed rollers of Pre-Shredder compresses car body flatly then deliver to Shredder. After that Shredder tears and hit those scarps into pieces. De-dusting system take out ASR form the product and the magnetic drum take ferrous away. The ESC separates nonferrous and waste.
