Preshredder is the first equipment for the whole scrap shredding system with 250-800HP Driving Power. When crane operator clips car, steel or other scraps feed onto the chute, a couple of hydraulic cylinder will lift up the chute and all the material will slip into Preshredder. Inside of Preshredder, there is a set of horizontal rotors which driving by hydraulic motor to handle first step of scarp process. The differential ratio of couple roller can make the car body or a bundle of steel torn into suitable pieces. The speed of roller is automatically controlled by the device; it will adjust according to the loading of electric current on the machine.
