Single Log Slitter
The single log slitter mainly consists of one blade roll slitter, which is usually applied in cutting roll shaped material.
The single log slitter can be used to cut sticky tape like double side adhesive tape, or other kinds of material like foams rubber, and banner etc.. The operation width of the single log slitter ranges from 1000mm to 1500mm. The maximum external diameter can be adjusted according to the actual product size. The internal diameter of paper tube will be changing with the external diameter. There will be an air pressure equipment, providing the most efficient service in 4~6 kg/ cm².
The single log slitter can cut material in a slide with precision owning to the carefully-designed cutting rail. The cutting rail supports the blade and provides accurate dimension for the roll shaping material, which allows the slitting motion clean and quick.
