Features:

• The machine is controlled by servomotor and used with precision slide rail, roller screw rod positioning, and adjustable dust-proof hood, with precision accuracy and ease in maintenance.
• The servo-powered round stand with stable 3-stage knife feeding speed can ensure cutting quality without the noise and oil contamination of the hydraulic type.
• This machine uses PLC programmable control design together with touch panel that can display operation manual, abnormal processing, and setting operation condition, etc.
• There are five different size of setting when cutting each half-finished product into circular shape.
• The cutting circular knife and main shaft are using continuous variable motor speed that can be adjusted freely to match with the timing gauge and is accurate and durable.
• One knife can be used to cut two shafts simultaneously.
• The high performance misty spray type circular knife, with cooling lubrication device and recycle device, provides safety, convenience, and ensures perfect cutting quality.
• Installed with complete cover and emergency stopping mechanism.
• When using small shaft, the "supporting rack" can be selected for assistance.
• This machine is installed with MPG that can be used for initial settings so as to minimize material wastage with accuracy as high as 0.01m/m.
