1. This machine is used for plastic bottle juice & milk filling, cap forming and sealing by heat. 2. This machine has 20 filling valves, one pressing former and 16 heating cap sealers with production capacity of 500cc 120-140BPM. Its suspended driving system can save the time used for maintenance and space occupied by the machine body. 3. The bottle feeding and discharging of operation are firm and steady. The coordinated design of star wheel and conveyer can ensure the bottle in steady condition during high speed handling. 4. Designed for hot filling in plastic bottle with bottleneck hanging support transfer motion, so as to ensure high stability for bottle handling during high speed operation, and can be reduce thickness of bottle. 5. The machine adopts frequency-change motor with digital : it is easily adjusted.

- Filling Barrel & Filling Valve
- Filling Barrel is adopting the jacket to exhaust, while the filling operation, the air of the empty bottle wouldnˇ¦t enter the filling barrel, instead by jacket and pipes, and it can do filling work more quickly. All the filling valve parts donˇ¦t have any screw thread composition and are easily washed.
- Star Wheel & Guard Device
- When bottle through star wheel for fixed speed and fixed distance input and output its action are steady and certainty. Bottle are transferred from Filler to Capper by bottle neck-ring hanging type of star wheel and guard device. Then transferred to discharge conveyor by stirrup-cam type star wheel and guard device.
- CIP System
- The CIP system design using the re-circulation for the convenience and efficiency to use disinfectants, cleaning agents ( Acid and Alkaline), hot water (up to 95˘J) or Ozone water for obtaining the sterilization and cleaning. Through the recirculation can be more efficiency to connecting in feed tubes, filling valves and air exhaust circuit channel to the CIP system, ensures the complete blocking for the cleaning process. (This is option.)
- Aluminum Foil Cap Forming Machine/ Cap Track
- The forming machine will cut the aluminum belt, press it as a cap, the cap will be delivered via cap track till hook cap head, to use bottle top to hook the aluminum cap, the switch on cap track can control start and stop of forming machine and keep a certain amount of cap on cap track. The cap chute equipped with detecting control sensor of the capˇ¦s remnants. The punch-press device will stopped punching motion when caps reached the sensor. On the contrary, the device will re-start automatically.
- Electric Heater Sealer
- The heat adopted by electric heating tube can increase temperature of cap head. The heat will melt and combine glue membrane and bottle top, while bottle top and top head are contacting. This device equipped is provided with the temperature adjustable heating cylinders, the maximum temperature up to 240˘J, that to ensure the airtight efficiency of heating. Furthermore, the barrel will be lift up when stop running during the normal operation, to prevent the mouth of the bottle from be deformed cause overtime heating.
