Beverage Machine-Automatic Carbo-Coolers
Construction:
The water is feed into the top of the deaerator, the increase in surface area by hitting in conjunction with the CO2 gas injector in the baffle and spraying vessel to remove the air in the water. The liquid level is maintained by a pneumatic valve. A centrifugal pump transfers the deaerated water to the mixer. Syrup and water enter their respective reservoirs and liquid levels are maintained in each reservoir by the inlet pneumatic valves. When the plungers are lowered allowing syrup and water to pass through their respective orifices into the mix reservoir. The liquid level is maintained in the mix reservoir by the plungers with a air-cylinder. The mixed liquid is transferred to hitting a baffle on the top of the carbo-cooler tank which is subjected to constant CO2 gas pressure and passing through collecting and distributing dishes flow down in a thin uniform layer along the outer surface of cooling benders. Consequently, the mixed liquid is gradually cooled and absorb CO2 gas while flowing down along the cooling benders and become a finished drink after passing through the of the tank and is feed to the filler. The liquid level in the tank is automatically controlled by a liquid level control device.
