The bottle filler fills the finished drinks such ads carbonated beverage. The drive system is closed and bathed in lubricator for ease of maintenance.

- Air Pressure in the lift cylinder is released from the sliding valve before the lift cylinder is positively pulled down by a cam. The positive pull down feature is also one of the main factors for high speed operation.

- Stopping Bottle Device and Infeed Timing Screw
- With the stopping bottle device and infeed timing screw made of MC nylon, reduce noise during high-speed operation, well stabilized, and protect from breakage.
- CO2、Air Adjustment Valve & Pressure Gauge
- Easy operation & Operate on control disc.
- Automatic Cap Selector
- All of the caps put into cap selector or transferred to selecting funnel to the top of automatic screw capper by automatic fixed quantity on sending cap device. The caps pass selector device and fixed direction deliver to cap chute, while the finishing filling bottle pass the bottom of cap chute and tight cap. Then, rotation to the screw capper and after tight screw-cap, the bottle will come out to inspection light to inspect by vision.
