- Aluminum Foil Cap Punch-Press Device
- The device in-feed aluminum foil coil in fix length intermittently, And punch to form the caps, then caps blew into the cap chute immediately. The bottle will catch and put on a cap when passes through the cap chute. And the waste material of aluminum foil coil will be reclaimed automatically. The cap chute equipped with detecting control sensor of the cap¡¦s remnants. The punch-press device will stopped punching motion when caps reached the sensor. On the contrary, the device will re-start automatically.
- Heater Type Cap Sealing Device
- This device equipped is provided with the temperature adjustable heating cylinders, the maximum temperature up to 240¢J, that to ensure the airtight efficiency of heating. Furthermore, the barrel will be lift up when stop running during the normal operation, to prevent the mouth of the bottle from be deformed cause overtime heating.
- Press-Close Plastic Cap Selector
- The scrambling caps in the hopper will be unscrambled to the same direction by the discoid cap selector, and sent into the cap chute immediately. The bottle will catch and press-close on a plastic cap when passes through the cap chute. The cap chute equipped with detection control sensor of the cap¡¦s remnants. The cap selector will stopped when caps reached the sensor. On the contrary, the device will re-start automatically.
