Features:

• Twist Capper
• Throw the complete package of bottle caps into the cap-tank. Then they go through the cap feeding installation. It automatically fixes the quantity and the caps will then be sent into the funnel which is located with the selector on top of the Fully Automatic Twist-Capper. Through selector, the cap will then be sent in a fixed direction, to the cap chute. The bottle which has been filled will be capped when passing through the bottom side of the cap chute. Further, when passing through the twist-capper, the cap will be tightly sealed. Thereby, and at last, coming out through the inspection light.
• Bottles Loading and Discharge
• The timing screw separates the bottle at same space and timing. The bottle infeed and discharge through star wheels secure the stable and accurate movement. The timing screw is able to be regulated to match bottle diameter size. The star wheel is easy to be assembled and adjusted for the fixed time & position.
