The bottle combined with Rinser-Ffiller-Capper to mono-block is specially designed for non-carbonated beverage or mineral water. It can save energy, reduce man power and lower down the contamination of air to the drink as it routed through three separate machines. The hanging driving equipment can also save the time for maintenance and space for installation.

• Touch Type Control-Status Block System :
• This machine is equipped with control block & status block on the gatepost of safety gate, can be operate control system of this machine and each peripheral. And display operating status of each control system on the liquid crystal display monitor.
• Air Conveyor System & Timing Screw Device :
• Empty bottles are transferred by the air conveyor system, to ensure high stability for the bottle handing during high speed transport operation. And bottles transferred with fixed interval to the in-feed star wheel of the Rinser by the timing screw device.
• Star Wheel & Guard Device :
• Empty bottles are transferred by the timing-screw through Rinser & Filler to Capper by the bottle neck-ring hanging type star wheel & guard device. Then transferred to discharge conveyor by the stirrup-cam type star wheel & guard device.
• Rinser :
• Rinser equipped with clamp grippers to clamp the bottles on the neck-ring and then turn it upside-down so that the spray nozzle goes into the bottle during the rotation to assure the highest efficiency of the Rinser operation. And variable-jet distributor¡¦s equipped with hydraulic sealing device, unnecessary adjust the strength of sealing pressure.
• Air-beverage separation type overflow Filler :
• All the parts in the filler which will contact the drink are made from SUS304 and sanitary material. Therefore, every customer may rest assured of the drink sanitation. Besides, in consideration that all kinds of dirt are easily to accumulate in screw-thread or spring parts, it does not adapt any parts of this hike. Thus, this machine can be disinfected thoroughly and then meet the Standard of National Food Sanitation.
• Clip-on & Twist-closure type Capper :
• Caps send from the cap selector through the cap rinser to the cap chute in a fixed direction, through non-bottle non-cap control device. The cap will be sent to the cap star-wheel. Then the capping cylinder will be clip-on the cap. Thereby, the bottle passing through the capping cylinder, the cap will be tightly sealed on the bottle. The capping cylinder equipped with the reject device and waterproof torque controller for capping torque adjustment.
• Chain Type Cap Selector-Conveyor :
• Throw the whole package of bottle caps into the storage tank of the cap selector-conveyor. Then the caps will be automatically unscramble in a fixed direction and send to the cap sorter, and then the caps will be arrange in single-line and jet-blow into the cap chute. The caps will be send into the cap by the drop height method.
