Molding Device

Rolling press is constituted by three high polished heating and cooling rolls. The central roll functions to fix, while the upper and lower rolls are up and down moveable constructions. The types of pressing resins and pressing speed are the variables to adjust rolling temperature. For this, the rolling must have heating and cooling equipments. Except for adopting the adjustable D.C. motor for gearing, it has the separate rolling with separate gearing motors.
The rolling is made of chrome-plated steel with refined polished surface. The internal rolling is duplicate. The walls have threaded heating and cooling plates to keep an average surface temperature on the rolls.
