This tester is designed specially to test the fracture, deformation, for front fork,
frame, seat pillar,…such assembly of a bicycle after vibration test.
The specification design is in compliance with GB-3567-83, ISO-9000 standard.

- Speed: adjustable speed, 50 – 500RPM variable speed, and
- 50,100,200,300,500 – 5 level setup.
- Motor: 1HP DC reducer direct current motor, adjustable speed.
- Engine Base: adopt steel structure, available in different tests of front fork, frame, seat pillar .
- Standard weight: with ergonomic principle, seat pillar load cell 50kg, front fork: 20kg.

- Transmission: adopt eccentric high-speed vibration, less noisy, lasting long life.
- Micro breaker: with safety device. While test specimen breaks, the machine will
- stop automatically.
- Break: equipped with emergency shout down/auto stop protection function.
- Vibration frequency: adjustable variable frequency. With one reference.
- Level adjustor: able to adjust horizontal positioning.
- Counter: 0-999,999 auto accounting device.
- Separating type: testing machine and control box are separated to prevent control
- box from test vibration.
- Control box: electrical and automatic system design.
- Power required: 220V 60HZ 3phase.
- Appearance: ivory white coat paint (wearing parts with hardened and chromed plated).
