Discoloration Meter
This discoloration meter provides a high UV tube with a wavelength 253mm to test a material's charactor after expose to the light.
This tester simulate the specimen becomes fading or discoloring caused by radiation of Ultraviolet ray or heat, to observe the durable degree of discoloration.
The term “discoloration” applies to a color change of the rubber sample, as distinguished from staining, that refers to a color change of a metal finish in contact with or adjacent to
the rubber specimen. Testing period of this testing machine is according to producer-consumer acceptance.
Generally opinion is 3 hours of continuously test with this instrument is equivalent to 60days in Transport container.
