Based on our modular design of the screw, this extruder is suitable for variety compound material, coloring, and recycling pelletizing. Special hardness treatment on the screw and the barrel material would bring longer lifespan and higher benefit.
Cooling Method: Air Cooling.
Heating method: stainless steel (band heater).
Vacuum vent device can be installed depending on the customer's requirement.
Application: PP, PE, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC, PC/ABS, POM, PMMA, PA, PBT, PET, PPO, PA+GF, PC+GF, PP+GF, PBT+GF, PP+TiO2, PP+CACO3, PC/ABS alloy modified, etc.
