CM-FCM CONTINUOUS KNEADING & MIXING EXTRUDER

This machine adopts two sections design: the first section extruder stirs and mixes the material by powerful counter-rotating twin screw. (This has the kneading function). The second extruder uses single screw to make the pellets.
Pelletization with continuous kneading & mixing would not only result in better dispersion, but also would save the processing time.
This machine is suitable for producing high concentrate masterbatch and higher kneaded & mixed engineering plastic.
The cooling method for the first section extruder's screw: oil cooling
