CM-PRW-D PLASTIC FILM RECYCLING DOUBLE-SECTION EXTRUDER

Crushing, extrusion, pelletizing are processed simultaneously which could save labor costs.
User-friendly operation by automatic conveying, feeding, and storage. Recycling film does not need a crusher.
The inside of the shredding drum is equipped with cutting knife. The shape of recycling film would look like popcorn after the agglutination. Then the popcorn-shaped will be pushed into the barrel. This method of pelletizing results higher output.
The shredding drum has an air-cooling system in itself that would keep steady temperature.
A double-section extruder is adopted with a straight-connected design. Both of the extruders have automatic hydraulic screen changer that is more suitable for dirty material.
This extruder is suitable for dirty recycling film.

HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, PP Film, PP woven bag and strip, PP non woven cloth, PA, PP Fabric fiber & carpet yarn, PP rope, PP raffia, BOPP, CPP Film.
