CM-PRD/HP HIGH SPEED DOUBLE-SECTION TYPE RECYCLING EXTRUDER
A double-section extruder is adopted with a straight-connected design with an automatic hydraulic screen changer device on each section.
The screw of the forced feeder allows both clockwise and counterclockwise directions that can be adjusted to meet the actual user's needs.
Water ring pelletizing could avoid the problem of strand broken during processing time.
The screw is specially designed for: virgin compound material, recycled-compound material, modified-compound material (such as: PP + CACO3, PP+TiO2, PA, PC, PP, PBT + GF, bumper-compound material).
High-speed rotation and high-shear screw special design can bring better mixing and kneading on the material.
Application: PE scrap or flake, HDPE pellet, PP bumper, HDPE container, oil tank, milk bottle, yogurt bottle, shower gel bottle, shampoo bottle, chemical tank.
This machine can be changed into strand pelletizer in order to produce ABS, PS, HIPS, PMMA, PA, PC, PET, etc.
